Right of Return:
You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of receipt, whether due to a change of mind or for any other reason, without the need for explanation. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging and labels intact. Additionally, for the return of our products, please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging as received. In the event that the original packaging of the product is at risk of being damaged during the return process (e.g., if the packaging is not sufficiently protected or if the same packaging used for shipment is not utilized), the store reserves the right to request compensation for any potential damage to the packaging or product, based on the value of the damage incurred.
Refund:
Once the product is returned, we will refund the full amount paid for the product (considering the return conditions as outlined above), excluding the shipping costs which are covered by the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
In cases where the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to a faulty product, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the product you are returning is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
