Right of Return:
You may return your product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, either because you have changed your mind or for any other reason, without providing any justification. Proof of purchase or receipt will also be required.
Return Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging and all tags intact. Additionally, when returning our products, please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, as received.
If the original packaging of the product is at risk of being damaged during the return process (e.g., the packaging is not adequately protected or the same outer packaging used for shipment is not used), the store reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused to the packaging or the product, in accordance with the extent of the damage incurred.
Refund:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund the full amount paid for the purchase of the product (subject to the Return Conditions described above), including the basic delivery costs of the original order (excluding any additional charges arising from the customer’s choice of an express or special delivery method).
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly shipped by the store.
The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the returned product, using the original method of payment.
Return Shipping Costs:
In cases where the return is due to a change of mind or reasons not related to a defective product, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
In the event of a defective product or an incorrectly shipped item, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the store.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@candypop.gr. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Special Terms for Collectible Products (Factory Sealed)
Collectible products (including but not limited to sealed TCG/CG card boxes, booster boxes, and collector’s editions) that bear factory-applied airtight sealing (factory shrink wrap) are placed on the market as sealed products, and such sealing constitutes an essential element of their commercial value and authenticity.
The removal, destruction, or alteration of the factory seal shall not be considered necessary handling for the purpose of examining the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product, as the contents and characteristics are known in advance and do not require unsealing for evaluation.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised after the removal or alteration of the factory seal, the store reserves the right to withhold an amount corresponding to the reduction in the product’s commercial value, given that it can no longer be marketed as factory sealed and may be considered opened or used.
The reduction in value shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the product and the conditions of the collectible goods market.
